My HIPAA-compliant credit card processing service can run HSA/FSA cards and send automated receipts.
I can also submit claims for you to other companies as an out-of-network provider. Typically this means that you would pay my full fee until your yearly deductible amount is reached, then insurance will contribute a percentage of the cost of each appointment for the remainder of the year.
Also, please note that insurance companies require a mental health diagnosis to cover mental health services. Some people choose to pay out-of-pocket for this reason.
- Individual 45-minutes sessions: $150
- Initial assessment, extended sessions (53+ minutes), family sessions, crisis intervention (per hour): $185
- Fee for cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled session: $60
